Happy Friday! Today I have decided to write about my appearance at the Toronto Botanical Garden’s Woman to Woman Lunch event sponsored by RBC back in May.
If you’ve never been to The Toronto Botanical Garden, what are you waiting for? The Garden features an array of 17 gardens spanning over four acres, and it offers educational programs for all ages! In addition, the Garden hosts several events such as the Woman to Woman Lunch. This year marked the fifth anniversary of this glamourous girls afternoon, where guests are encouraged to sport creatively outrageous fascinators and hats. How fabulous!
As a special guest to the event, I had the pleasure of assisting with registration, greeting guests, and covering the festivities on social media. What I enjoyed about my day was mingling with the guests and learning about the story behind their fascinators. Many guests opted to design their hair accessory herself, and boy were they all so creative! In addition to a silent auction, an official hat and fascinator competition took place.
All in all, it was an exciting day filled with creativity, chic refreshments, and a beautiful scenery. I had a blast meeting Kim Mason of RBC and So You Think You Can Dance Canada judge Tré Armstrong! Thank you again to The Toronto Botanical Garden for having me!
Until next time,
